You want to see results fast right? Here’s some tips to help maximize the effects of Cut Complex and get yourself on the fast track to fat loss!

Stick to a meal plan and be sure to eat plenty of protein!
Protein is the most thermogenic macronutrient. By eating a larger percentage of your calories from high protein foods, you will burn more fat, and assist your body in retaining lean muscle mass while dieting. Muscle mass provides a natural boost to your metabolism, so the more you have, the easier it becomes to burn fat.

Follow a workout routine and get stronger!

Get plenty of rest at night and drink plenty of water throughout the day!
Getting enough sleep ensures that your body is able to complete the necessary cycles of repair and recovery in order to achieve muscle growth. Aim for 8hrs. every night!  Also, if you want to build muscle and experience optimal performance in the gym, it’s crucial that you stay hydrated! Even being slightly dehydrated can cause decreased strength.  Drink at least one gallon of water every day!

Eat your healthy fats!
Don’t avoid eating healthy fats. Your body needs them to function properly, and without them you actually make it more difficult to lose weight.  Add foods like salmon, avocado and almonds to your meal plan, cook foods with coconut oil and supplement with fish oil to insure that you are getting enough healthy fats.
